This level of certification is for consultants, coaches and trainers who want to work with individuals, teams and organizations, and for educators who want to use Innovator Mindset as a consultant or trainer outside an educational institution. It allows you to use the Innovator Mindset assessment and supporting instructional materials, and develop research-based interventions that have been demonstrated to shift mindset.
